Orders are processed Monday through Friday and typically ship within 1 business day if the order is placed before 12:00pm CST, pending credit verification. Orders placed after 12:00pm CST on Friday will process and ship the following Monday.

We accept unworn, unwashed, unused items in their original condition with tags attached for refund if they are postmarked back to us within 14 days of purchase.
If picking up in store, please pick up and return your items if necessary within 14 days of placing your order.
Any items marked “FINAL SALE” are not eligible for return or refund. All fine jewelry, unless otherwise marked, is final sale. All price adjusted items, including discounted items (AKA our seasonal sales), are final sale. Additional final sale items include Anya Hindmarch, Oroton, and Olympia Le-Tan handbags (Oroton clothing is still eligible for return), and swimwear.
