Orders are processed Monday through Friday and typically ship within 1 business day if the order is placed before 12:00pm CST, pending credit verification. Orders placed after 12:00pm CST on Friday will process and ship the following Monday.

We offer the following domestic shipping options:
- UPS Ground Shipping, $10, (delivery within 2-5 business days, between 9am and 8pm)
- UPS Standard 2 Day, $35, (2 business days, delivery between 4:30pm and 8pm. Orders placed before 12:00pm CST will go out same day)
- UPS Standard Overnight, $45, (1 business day, delivery between 3pm and 8pm. Orders placed before 12:00pm CST will go out same day)

We do not offer UPS Saturday delivery, so please keep that in mind when planning your purchases!

For local Dallas residents:
- In-store Pickup, Free. (Your order will be ready during normal business hours, usually within 24 hours. You will receive an email confirmation with instructions when it is ready.)

Rates for each option will become available during your checkout.

We currently do not offer international shipping.

*Please note that we do not ship on weekends or holidays. Orders placed after 12:00pm CST on Friday will process and ship the following Monday.

All shipping fees are nonrefundable unless we are unable to fulfill your order.

Once your order has been shipped you will receive a shipping confirmation email followed by additional emails with UPS tracking information.

Once your order has been submitted, please contact us immediately by email (howdy@cabanacanary.com) to make any changes to the order. Once it has been fulfilled, it cannot be edited and will need to be processed as a return if eligible.

Being an early bird pays off! We always recommend shopping early to be sure your items arrive on time. The following dates are our cutoffs for each of our shipping rates.

CHRISTMAS EVE:

UPS Ground: 12/16

UPS 2-Day: 12/19

UPS Next Day: 12/22

NEW YEAR'S EVE:

UPS Ground: 12/19

UPS 2-Day: 12/23

UPS Next Day: 12/24

SOME IMPORTANT THINGS TO CONSIDER:

Please place your orders by 12PM CST on these cutoffs for same-day fulfillment. If your order comes in after that, it will go out the following day. If placed after 12PM CST on 12/24, your order will be fulfilled in the New Year when we reopen.

Speaking of, our stores and offices will be closed Christmas Day - New Year's Day and we will reopen Thursday, January 2, 2025. Any orders placed during that time will be processed on January 2.
